National Single Window (NSW) System

The National Single Window (NSW) is a service system for linking data among

government agencies and the business sector for import, export, and logistics operations, both
domestically and internationally. The system facilitates and reforms service procedures so that

service users can conduct electronic transactions with government agencies and the business
sector in a secure and paperless manner, with the ability to track the status of import and export
transactions online through the NSW e-Tracking system on a 24-hour basis.

At present, 36 government agencies, state enterprises, and agencies performing functions
on behalf of government agencies are connected to the NSW system, comprising 33 G2G agencies,

35 B2G agencies, and 5 groups of private-sector companies connected under B2B transactions.
In addition, 18 commercial banks provide e-Payment and e-Guarantee services. There are more
than 20,000 registered users for electronic data exchange on the website www.thainsw.net, acting

on behalf of more than 100,000 operators. In 2025, the system is undergoing further development
to expand various forms of data linkage.
