3. Lecture on Transfer Pricing

The Customs Standard Procedures and Valuation Division, in collaboration with the
American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM Thailand), organized a lecture on Transfer
Pricing for officers of the Customs Standard Procedures and Valuation Division, the Legal

Affairs Division, and the Post Clearance Audit Division on Friday, 26 September 2025, from
09.00 - 11.00 hrs., at the 16 Floor Conference Room, 120 Anniversary Customs Building.

The lecture aimed to exchange knowledge and foster mutual understanding of transfer pricing
practices between the public and private sectors, in order to enhance trade facilitation efficiency
and strengthen the competitiveness of the Thai private sector.

4. 60 Meeting of the Technical Committee on Customs Valuation (TCCV)
The Director of the Customs Standard Procedures and Valuation Division assigned
representatives from Customs Valuation Section III to attend the 60 TCCV Meeting, held during 7 - 11

April 2025 at the World Customs Organization (WCO) Secretariat, Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium.
The Counsellor (Customs) at the Thai Customs Attaché Office in Brussels also participated.
During the meeting, the delegation considered technical issues related to customs valuation,

such as the assessment of transfer pricing documentation and distinctions between royalties
and licence fees versus resale proceeds. The delegation also participated in panel discussions

commemorating the 30 anniversary of the TCCV, and received commemorative lapel pins.
