5. Performance Results under Assigned Missions
Duty Drawback System under Section 29 (e-Drawback System) The Duty Drawback Section has
developed the duty drawback system under Section 29 (e-Drawback system) to enhance operational
efficiency in duty drawback administration. The system has been implemented since the end of Fiscal Year
2019 (B.E. 2562). At present, 71 operators are using the e-Drawback system (as of 30 September 2025),
representing an increase of 17 operators from Fiscal Year 2024 (B.E. 2567) (previously 54 operators),
equivalent to an increase of 31.48 percent. Currently The Duty Drawback Section has further developed
a new e-Drawback system to enhance efficiency and transparency in operations, as well as to facilitate
trade and improve competitiveness for operators.
“Tax Incentives Delivery” Seminar Project The “Tax Incentives Delivery” Seminar Project is
a program/project under the Five-Year Action Plan (B.E. 2566 - 2570) and the Annual Action Plan
for Fiscal Year 2025 (B.E. 2568) of the Customs Department. The “Tax Incentives Delivery” Seminar
Project Working Group (FY 2025) organized two seminars, as follows:
First seminar:
Held on 4 March 2025, focusing on knowledge
dissemination related to the utilization of all four tax
incentives, namely duty drawback, duty compensation,
bonded warehouses, and free zones, conducted via
video conference using Zoom Meeting, with 480 registered
participants.
Second seminar:
Held on 15 - 16 July 2025 in Si Racha District,
Chonburi Province, with details as follows:
1. 15 July 2025 - Seminar held at Pacific Park Hotel,
targeting operators in the automotive and auto parts sector,
conducted in the form of a panel discussion involving
the Tax Incentives Division and relevant internal units
of the Customs Department, including the Customs Tariff
Policy and Appeal Division, Bangkok Customs Office, Laem
Chabang Port Customs Office, and Map Ta Phut Customs
Office, as well as representatives of operators utilizing duty
drawback, duty compensation, bonded warehouse, and
free zone schemes. The seminar facilitated the exchange
of knowledge and experiences on tax incentive measures,
future automotive industry trends, and networking within
the new-generation automotive industry.
2. 16 July 2025 - A consultation meeting on issues
related to the utilization of tax incentives between the Tax
Incentives Division and the Laem Chabang Port Customs
Office, held at the Laem Chabang Port Customs Office.
