4.  Thailand hosted the 38  Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation Working Group
                                               th
               (CPTFWG) meeting during 3 - 5 March 2025 in Phuket Province, with the Customs Standard
               Procedures and Valuation Division serving as the main responsible agency. The meeting addressed

               key issues requiring consideration and monitoring of progress under the Strategic Plan of Customs
               Development (SPCD).

                     5.  Negotiations under cooperation frameworks on Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation
               (CPTF) aim to facilitate trade, reduce trade barriers, increase international trade value, and elevate Thai
               customs operations to international standards. In Fiscal Year 2025, the Customs Standard Procedures

               and Valuation Division participated in negotiations under various agreements, both bilateral and
               multilateral, including signed agreements and agreements under negotiation, as follows:
                       (1)  Signed agreement:

                             Free Trade Agreement between Thailand and the European Free Trade Association
                             (EFTA)
                       (2)  Agreements under negotiation with agreement reached on CPTF chapters:

                              Thailand-European Union Free Trade Agreement
                              ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA)

                              ASEAN-Canada Free Trade Agreement (ACAFTA)
                       (3) Agreements under negotiation:
                              ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement (AITIGA)

                              Thailand-Peru Closer Economic Partnership Agreement (TPCEP)
                              Thailand-Republic of Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement

                               (CEPA)
                              ASEAN Customs Transit System (ACTS) under the ASEAN Framework Agreement
                               on the Facilitation of Goods in Transit (AFAFGIT)
