3. Operations Related to Rules of Origin
ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement (AKFTA): Negotiations to transpose Product-Specific
Rules (PSRs) from the Harmonized System 2017 (HS 2017) to HS 2022 have been completed

and are still in the process of issuance of relevant Ministry of Finance and Customs
Department notifications.
ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA): Ongoing internal consultations and

coordination with relevant agencies to prepare for the development of a bilateral Electronic
Origin Data Exchange System (EODES) between Thailand and China under ACFTA.
ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA): Ongoing discussions on practical issues related

to the use of Certificates of Origin (Form D and e-Form D) and the ASEAN-Wide
Self-Certification (AWSC) scheme.
Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Partnership among ASEAN Member States and

Japan (AJCEP): Thailand and Japan have jointly discussed and agreed to allow the use of
Certificates of Origin in PDF format (CO in PDF).
