Customs Notification No. 2 June 2025 To support the implementation of
93/2568 Rules, Procedures, and electronic Certificates of Origin (e-CO)
Conditions for Exemption from for the pilot project under the Japan–
and Reduction of Customs Duties Thailand Economic Partnership
for Goods Originating in Japan Agreement (JTEPA), effective from
Dated 30 May B.E. 2568 (2025) 2 June 2025 onwards. This includes
amendments to the operational
procedures and the format of the
Certificate of Origin (CO).
Customs Notification No. 1 October 2025 To support the implementation of
149/2568 Rules, Procedures, and the Second Protocol to Amend the
Conditions for Exemption from Agreement Establishing the ASEAN–
and Reduction of Customs Duties Australia–New Zealand Free Trade
for the ASEAN–Australia–New Area (AANZFTA Second Protocol),
Zealand Free Trade Area (No.3) effective from 1 October 2025
Dated 27 August B.E. 2568 (2025) onwards. The amendments concern
certain provisions and product-
specific rules of origin (PSRs).
