2. Signing Ceremony of Customs Cooperation Documents

The Customs Department and the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic
of China signed two customs cooperation documents, namely:

(1) the Framework Agreement between the Customs Department of the Kingdom of Thailand and
the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China on Single Window Cooperation

in Cross-Border Trade; and
(2) the Arrangement between the Customs Department of the Kingdom of Thailand and the
General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China regarding Mutual Recognition of

the Authorized Economic Operator Programme of Thai Customs and the Enterprise Credit Management
Programme of China Customs.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by H.E. Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of
the Kingdom of Thailand, and H.E. Mr. Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic
of China, on 6 February 2025 at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
