Prevention and Suppression of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Infringement

Between December 2024 and March 2025,
Mr. Kansakol Indrasawat, Director of Investigation and
Suppression Section III, and Ms. Pannaratana Phaholvech,
Chief of Investigation and Suppression Unit III, Investigation
and Suppression Section III, together with officers of Investigation
and Suppression Unit III, Investigation and Suppression
Section III, Enforcement Division, participated as speakers
in training sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge and
understanding of customs law, intellectual property law, and

the Thai Customs IPR Recordation System (TCIRs) for customs
officers at a total of 11 customs offices and customs house.

On 20 February 2025, officers of Investigation
and Suppression Unit III, Investigation and Suppression
Section III, Enforcement Division, participated in
an anti-counterfeit awareness campaign organized

by the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry
of Commerce. The activity represented integrated
cooperation between relevant public and private
sector agencies involved in intellectual property,
aiming to raise awareness among traders, entrepreneurs,
and consumers regarding respect for intellectual
property rights, at MBK Center Shopping Mall.
