related agencies, comprised of Food and Drug Administration, Department of Energy Business,
Department of Fisheries, Department of Industrial Works, Department of Agriculture, Defense Industry
Department, Department of ivestock Development, and Offce of Atoms for eace, some re uire
supporting documents as attachments for the consideration of issuing license or certifcates.
There is also a plan to expand NSW to cover other goods to facilitate business operators’
submission of re uests for license/certifcate to different government agencies and to reduce
processing steps, time and costs to one single submission, which goes immediately from a business
operator to concerned agencies. For these reasons, the Customs Department is currently
implementing effciency enhancement project of the SW Single Form system, to allow effcient
2G electronic data linkage via SW Single Form between license/certifcate granting agencies and
importers/exporters and support additional submission of supporting documents for license/certificate
requests and better access to information for business operators. It can be clearly observed that
this SW Single Form would serve as a tool in trade facilitation, reducing obstacles and benefting
every party in the international trade society.
Single Form icense/ certifcate re uest system via SW comprises of 3 systems, currently
