The Customs Department’s FY2018 total revenue collection amounts to 581,328 million

baht, with an increase of 40,487 million baht or 7.5% from last year. This can be divided in customs
revenue of 108,722 million baht, with 3,938 million baht increase or 3.8% and revenues collected
for other agencies of 472,606 million baht with 36,549 increase or 8.4%. Contributing factors to the

increase are the expansion of total import values and import values with paid duties as well as
revenue collection acceleration before The Customs Act of 2017 comes into force. However, the

collection is still lower than estimated by 2,278 million baht or 2.1%.
