On 29 November 2022 Mr. Patchara Anuntasilpa, Director-General of Customs, Mr. Phantong Loykulnanta, Deputy Director-General, Acting Principal Advisor on Duty Collection Management & Development along with Thai Customs delegates paid a study visit at Customs Training Institute (CTI), Chiba, Japan. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. KOSAKA Yoshihiro, Managing Director, Customs Training Institute and briefed on CTI's overview, operations and missions of CTI which is also the WCO Regional Training Center. Both sides exchange views on capacity building for future cooperation on customs matters.
