Mr.Prasong Poontaneat, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, led the top executives and government officers under the Ministry of Finance to present the bouquet of flowers and sign a blessing book to wish Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of the Ninth Reign a speedy recovery and good health, In this regard, Mr. Vichak Apirugnunchai, Principal Advisor on Duty Collection Management & Development and Mrs. Chalida Phungravee, Deputy Director-General of Customs attended this blessing book, at Bhumisiri Mangkhalanusorn Building, Chulalongkorn hospital, held on 23 April 2019.
