               3. Electronic Customs Procedure for the Interface of Information in accordance with Other
Laws (in case where electronic license issuers request for checking)

So far, 36 organizations managed to interface with one another through the NSW. Besides, embracing
the Coordinated Border Management concept, the Thai Customs Department, Department of Fisheries,
Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, Department of Livestock Development and
Royal Forest Department worked together to reduce work redundancy and reviewed rules and

legislations that impeded cooperation between Administrations. In addition, the Thai Customs Department and
Department of Fisheries cooperated in electronic interface (100% information checking) and in the pilot
project of joint inspection starting from 1 June 2017.

               4. Interface of Cargo Control Form and Form of Request Export Container to Move through
Customs Zone of Sea Ports through the NSW:

The two forms were merged, and the traders could electronically submit the form through the
NSW to the two Administrations at the same time. The system was ready for the interface and already
set up at the Thai Customs Department, Bangkok Port and Laem Chabang Port.

               5. Automatic Matching Cargo Control Form and Weight information (EIR) from Ports:

The computer system was enhanced to automatically match the EIR received from ports and the
information from Cargo Control Form, and change the status of the goods to “already in Customs

custody.” Then the status would be notified to ports. The joint testing of the system was carried out, and
the system was installed for use at Kerry Siam Seaport, Bangkok Port and Laem Chabang Port in 2017.
