            Objective :      To build an organization of quality, with personnel of great expertise, virtue,

                             and satisfaction, capable of driving the organization towards the determined
                             goals

            KPI :            - No. of complaint decreases every year
                             -  o. of Customs offcials who are satisfed with the H  management system

                               is not less than 80  of all customs offcials
                             - No. of training courses with assessment tests is not less than 50% of all

                               the training courses
