The Customs Department organized a coordinating working group meeting to solve problems and management of illegal importation of meat of swine or other swine

On 18 May 2023, Mr.Patchara Anuntasilpa, Director-General of the Customs Department presided over the meeting of the working group to coordinate the solving problems and management of illegal importation of meat of swine or other swine, with Mr.Pongtep  Buasap, Deputy Director-General of the Customs Department, Acting Principal Advisor on Customs Control Development, together with the representatives from the Customs Department, and representatives from relevant agencies such as the Department of Livestock Development, the Department of Internal Trade. In which, Mr.Surachai Sutthitham, president of the Swine Raisers Association of Thailand and his team joined the meeting to solve problems and measures for preventing about the illegal importation of meat of swine or other swine both now and in the future, including the management of destruction of illegal frozen pork further, held at Passakornwong Room, 2nd Floor, Building 1, the Customs Department.
