Export Control and Re-export of Category 0 (Dual-Use Items: DUI)

The Ministry of Commerce Notification on the Designation of Dual-Use Items as Goods Requiring a Licence for Export and Re-export outside the Kingdom, B.E. 2569 (2026), will take effect from 30 July 2026 onwards.

Export Control and Re-export (Dual-Use Items: DUI)are therefore advised to study the relevant regulations and operational guidelines, and to ensure that all required supporting documents and evidence are complete and accurate in accordance with the law prior to the effective date.
